What is HTTP/2?
HTTP/2 (originally named HTTP/2.0) is a major revision of the HTTP network protocol used by the World Wide Web. It was derived from the earlier experimental SPDY protocol, originally developed by Google. Source

For enabling HTTP/2, you need to have a cloudflare account.
Interserver written a great tutorial on creating and setting up website a Cloudflare account.
After, Creating and setting up your Cloudflare account, you should go to the Network section and Under ‘Network’ section there is an option to enable HTTP/2. If it is enabled once, then you can’t disable it.
